T&M Home Designs was started in 2006 with Graham Moore draftsman, and Marcus deWinter structural engineer . The company has grown substantially over the past few years and we have added 2 more draftspersons to our team.

Graham Moore -Has over 12 years experience in commercial and residential drafting and is the lead designer and department head.

Mary Beth Titcomb, PT Tech- joined the team in 2007 and has been a very important part of the company. Mary Beth has vast experience in Residential and commercial design. She also is our kitchen design expert.

We take pride in our accurate and innovative building plans for both commercial and residential structures. Every plan on this site has been proven, what we mean is its been built and not some concept that has not been produced. This insures quality!
